Celebratory Topping Out at Tufts University

We held a topping out ceremony for the third of three “CoHo” (community housing) buildings for Tufts University. The 3 wood-frame student residences are designed to meet Passive House certification criteria. Our design-build team includes Bowdoin, Bechtel Frank Erickson architects and panelized passive house builder Bensonwood.
