Recently Completed New Build For MA Department of Children and Families In Burlington, MA

Working with 328 Cambridge Iconic LLC and Roth & Seelen Architects safely through the pandemic, we completed a build-to-suit office complex for the MA Department of Children and Families (DCF) in Burlington, MA. The single-story, 21,000 SF building is constructed of structural steel, concrete, and glass. Interior spaces include reception, open office workstations, conference rooms, case worker offices and support space. Additional DCF office locations by Bowdoin include Plymouth and Roxbury.
