This new 166,000 SF Lowe’s Home Improvement / Warehouse in North Attleboro, MA, was constructed of structural steel, concrete masonry bearing wall, an EPDM rubber membrane roof, and an exposed concrete slab as the finished floor. The facility is thirty feet high from finished floor to top of steel, and accommodates a 116,000 SF sales floor, a 30,000 SF garden center and 20,000 SF of office space and receiving areas with three loading docks.
