Fitout of a new 11,000 SF full-service restaurant. Designed by The Johnson Studio, the new space features a commercial kitchen, main dining room, private dining, large marble top bar, and an outdoor terrace overlooking Hammond Pond. The space showcases custom millwork and lighting, polished concrete floors, carpet, ceramic tile, a glass enclosed wine vault, and an open ceiling with decorative wood elements. A new fish market was fitout on the lower level as well, and a millwork encased stairwell provides access to both floors.
