Renovation of a 60,000 SF office building for conversion into lab and office use. Designed by studioTROIKA, the renovated spaces include the lobby, offices, conference rooms, laboratories, training room, flex space and a café, in addition to a machine shop and manufacturing, warehouse, assembly, loading and shipping/receiving spaces. The project also included the installation of a 2-stop elevator. New exterior amenities include the addition of a large deck for outdoor gatherings accessible from the cafe.
Glaukos Corporation is an ophthalmic medical technology and pharmaceutical company focused on novel therapies for the treatment of glaucoma, corneal disorders, and retinal diseases.
