Adaptive reuse of a vacant manufacturing building, totaling 127,000 SF, for conversion into a modern office facility for two tenants. Work included new slabs and floor leveling as well as all new building facade, glass entrance vestibule, roofing, skylights, MEP/FP systems, bathrooms, and full fitouts for Cisco Systems and Imagitas.
