Phased renovation of common area amenities in occupied office complex, designed by Visnick & Caulfield. Phase one entailed the fitout of a new fitness center, bathrooms, showers, and lockers. Phase two comprised the fitout of a new conference center with operable partitions; a newly renovated cafeteria with servery, dining, and kitchen upgrades; and a game room / lounge enclosed with glass partitions and doors. Phase three included a main lobby fitout, Grab and Go food station, and a new covered entrance and interior stair. This work required a new storefront glazing system, and new LED lighting.
