A tenant fitout that consisted of new bathrooms, roof and façade upgrades, new loading dock doors and new electrical services to a 38,000 SF commercial/industrial building. The tight site boarding the Massachusetts Turnpike presented some logistical challenges that were overcome by the project team. The architect for the project was LaFreniere Architects.
