THE PAVILION AT ARSENAL YARDS
Watertown, Massachusetts
A new 1,500 SF multi-tenant retail building at Arsenal Yards for developer Boylston Properties. Designed by Studio TROIKA, the Pavilion is occupied by Ben & Jerry’s, with another smaller space available for a second tenant.
The distinctively shaped building, featuring a cantilevered roof, was constructed of steel and glass.
