25,000 SF phased fitout of new labs, office space, and cold room. The project included selective demolition within an occupied work/lab environment, followed by the fitout of a BL2 Biolab, offices, open workstations, and a 5,000 SF cold room. The completed space includes new LED lighting, epoxy floors, carpet tiles, epoxy paint, and biolab casework, as well as new RTU’s, VAV and FPT systems.
