Conversion of inline spaces into a new casual dining restaurants. The projects required selective demolition and construction of new bar and dining areas, renovations and upgrades to bathrooms and kitchen areas, as well as exterior lighting, awnings and signage. Interior features include custom millwork, copper/slate tile, ceramic tile, faux painting, glass partitions and custom lighting.
